Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup water
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the cornmeal, salt and water to form a dry dough. Split into six balls. Flatten balls to 1/4 inch. Fry in a frypan until golden on each side.
