Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced cooked leftover meat
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup meat stock

Instructions

  1. Cook diced celery, carrots, potatoes, and onions in meat stock until almost tender.
  2. Mix the diced cooked meat into the vegetables.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 2-inch deep baking dish.
  4. Top with baking powder biscuits.
  5. Bake at 425°F for 12 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  7. Return to oven at 350°F for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
