Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  3. In oblong baking dish, arrange meatballs in single layer.
  4. Heat in microwave 6 to 7 minutes, stirring once and draining liquid when necessary. Serve with favorite sauce.
