Instructions
- Soak bread crumbled in milk for 1/2 hour or so. Mix beef, salt, pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese until well blended. Add bread that has been soaking. Mix and shape into meatballs.
