Meatballs (Italian)

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 lb. ground beef (85% lean)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • minced garlic (nice size clove)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 3/4 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 qt. Ragu sauce

Instructions

  1. Soak bread crumbled in milk for 1/2 hour or so. Mix beef, salt, pepper, eggs, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese until well blended. Add bread that has been soaking. Mix and shape into meatballs.
