Ingredients

  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. shortening

Instructions

  1. Measure out 1/4 cup soup combined with beef, bread crumbs, onion, parsley and egg.
  2. Shape into meatballs 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
  3. Brown in skillet with shortening; blend remaining soup with water.
  4. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes; stir occasionally.
