Grilled Balsamic Steak

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 lb flank steak

Instructions

  1. Mix marinade ingredients and pour into gallon sized zip lock bag and as steak.
  2. Marinade 30 + min or overnight
  3. Remove steak from marinade and shake off extra.
  4. Save marinade and brush on a few times while grilling.
  5. Grill on hot grill for approx 20 min for medium- well.
  6. Instant read thermometer should read 150
  7. Let rest a few min before eating
