Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 andoiulle sausage, chopped into 1/4 inch chunks
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes (bottled in oil)
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted red bell pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasonings
  • 1 tsp powdered chicken boullion
  • 3-4 strips of bacon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except bacon. Form into a loaf in center of 11x13 pan.
  2. Place bacon over top and cook at 350 degrees until done
