Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup/recipe mix
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes with juice
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) can white or kidney beans
  • 1/3 c. uncooked shell macaroni

Instructions

  1. Combine the soup mix, tomatoes with juice, water, and beans in a 2-quart saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, breaking the tomatoes with a spoon.
  3. Add 1/3 cup uncooked macaroni to the saucepan.
  4. Reduce heat to low, partially cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
