- Wash and dry the tomatoes.
- Cut the tomatoes in halves and scoop out the seeds.
- Lay the tomato halves in a shallow pan coated with Mazola oil.
- Crumble the bread into a bowl.
- Add chopped parsley, basil, remaining oil, garlic salt, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bread.
- Mix very lightly to combine the ingredients.
- Place the seasoned bread mixture on each half of the tomato.
- Bake in a 375°F oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
