Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb ground beef
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed minestrone soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 1/4 tsp oregano

Instructions

  1. Shape the ground beef into 12 small meatballs, mixing in oregano before shaping.
  2. Brown the meatballs slowly in a saucepan, using a little shortening if necessary.
  3. Pour off any excess drippings from the pan.
  4. Mix the condensed minestrone soup and water together.
  5. Stir the soup mixture into the saucepan with the meatballs.
  6. Simmer the soup for 5 minutes.
