Melon Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cantaloupe, scooped into balls
  • 1/4 watermelon, scooped into balls
  • 1 honeydew melon, scooped into balls
  • 2 c. strawberries, cut in half
  • 2 c. blueberries
  • 1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar or honey
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 2/3 c. pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the fruits. In a separate bowl, combine the main ingredients. Pour dressing over the fruit. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Serves 12.
