  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  2. Mix in brown sugar, vanilla, and chopped pecans.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
