Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 1/2 qt. chicken broth
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 4 to 5 hard-boiled eggs

Instructions

  1. Season and boil the whole chicken; debone it.
  2. In a large skillet, prepare chicken broth thickened with self-rising flour mixed with a small amount of cold water to prevent lumps.
  3. Cut up 4 to 5 hard-boiled eggs and add them to the chicken mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
