Ingredients

  • 30 oz. can refried beans
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 8 oz. carton sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • shredded lettuce
  • diced tomatoes
  • tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Mix taco seasoning mix into refried beans.
  2. Spread the bean mixture into a 9 x 12-inch low roasting pan.
  3. Spread sour cream over the bean mixture and top with grated Cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or microwave on High for 5 to 8 minutes until warm.
  5. Garnish with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips.
