Ingredients

  • 10 or 12 flour tortillas
  • 2 Tbsp cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp red coloring
  • 1/2 Tbsp almond flavoring

Instructions

  1. In a 9 x 13-inch glass casserole, place flour tortillas rolled up with cherry pie filling.
  2. In a saucepan, cook oleo with water, sugar, red coloring, and almond flavoring.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and pour over the tortillas in the casserole.
  4. Let the dish set for 1 hour.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
