Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cut up
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 package Dorito chips

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken breasts until tender; remove from water and pull off the bones.
  2. Mix Ro-Tel tomatoes with the cream of chicken and mushroom soups.
  3. In a large baking dish, layer crushed Dorito chips, the soup mixture, chopped onion, chicken pieces, and Velveeta cheese.
  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
