- Grate the Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese together.

- Put half of the grated cheeses in the bottom of a greased Pyrex dish.

- Cover with the remaining grated cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve each piece on Doritos or tortilla chips.
