Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Grate the Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese together.
  2. Mix the well-beaten eggs with picante sauce.
  3. Put half of the grated cheeses in the bottom of a greased Pyrex dish.
  4. Pour the egg and picante mixture on top of the cheese layer.
  5. Cover with the remaining grated cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  7. Cut into squares and serve each piece on Doritos or tortilla chips.
