Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • hot sauce or flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix together and make patties.
  2. Fry, broil or grill them. Also good without the pepper sauce.
