Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger meat
  • 2 c cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 1/4 c picante sauce

Instructions

  1. Cube Velveeta cheese and melt in the microwave.
  2. Add picante sauce and mix.
  3. Add this mixture to ground beef and stir well.
  4. Spoon the mixture into baked potatoes.
  5. If in a hurry, microwave the potatoes and stuff them with the mixture.
