Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 can green chilies, diced
  • 10 flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Fry hamburger, onion, garlic, and green pepper in a skillet until cooked through.
  2. Drain excess fat, then stir in diced green chilies, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill each flour tortilla with the meat mixture and fold to close the ends.
  4. Fry the filled tortillas in 1-inch of hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
