Ingredients

  • 20 cups peeled tomatoes
  • 2 cups chopped hot peppers or to taste
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 10 green mangos, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 to 8 garlic cloves or garlic powder to taste
  • 4 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 8 teaspoons salt
  • parsley, cloves and allspice to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  2. Process the hot mixture in a hot water bath for 30 minutes.
