Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 3 (12 oz.) cans white (Shoe Peg) corn or regular whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Leave all liquid on the green chilies for a spicier flavor.
  3. Mix the melted mixture with the drained corn and green chilies.
  4. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
