Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow rice mix
  • 1 stick oleo, softened
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Mexicorn
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to directions on the package.
  2. Mix cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, Mexicorn, and oleo together.
  3. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 325°F until bubbly, about 10 minutes.
  5. Top with grated cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
