Ingredients

  • broccoli, cut into flowerettes
  • zucchini, washed and sliced
  • large slices of mushrooms
  • onion slices
  • red peppers, narrow strips
  • green peppers, narrow strips

Instructions

  1. Arrange veggies on microwaveproof platter in rings.
  2. Lay pepper strips on top in a circle.
  3. Place mushrooms and onions over top.
  4. Sprinkle onion mix evenly over all.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for about 8 minutes or until done.
  6. Do not add water.
  7. Serve from same dish.
