Micro-Veggie Platter
Ingredients
Instructions
- Arrange veggies on microwaveproof platter in rings.
- Lay pepper strips on top in a circle.
- Place mushrooms and onions over top.
- Sprinkle onion mix evenly over all.
- Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for about 8 minutes or until done.
- Do not add water.
- Serve from same dish.
