Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Season-All salt
  • Kitchen Bouquet
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 stalk celery

Instructions

  1. In a large covered microwavable dish, combine the cream of chicken soup and one can of water.
  2. Stir with a wire whisk until smooth.
  3. Add Kitchen Bouquet to achieve desired color.
  4. Chop the small onion and celery and add to the mixture.
  5. Coat the chicken pieces with Season-All salt.
  6. Place the seasoned chicken in the soup mixture and cover the dish.
  7. Microwave for approximately 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Serve the stew hot with rice.
