Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • nutmeg or cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Microwave milk in a 2-quart dish on High for 3 to 4 minutes until almost boiling.
  2. Mix together eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla and add to the milk, stirring to mix.
  3. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
  4. Cook on Medium-high, rotating the dish occasionally until a knife inserted comes out clean.
