Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups hot water
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 5 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 3 beaten eggs

Instructions

  1. In a 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole, combine hot water, sliced green onion, instant chicken bouillon granules, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  2. Cook, covered, on High (100%) for 7 to 9 minutes or until the mixture boils.
  3. Using a circular motion, slowly pour the beaten eggs into the soup in a thin stream.
  4. Cook, uncovered, on High (100%) for 1 minute to finish cooking the eggs, stirring once during cooking.
