Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can coconut/pecan frosting

Instructions

  1. Beat together the cake mix, sour cream, water, and eggs for 3 minutes.
  2. Pour the batter into a lightly greased microwavable cake pan.
  3. Spoon the coconut/pecan frosting on top of the batter.
