Microwave Hot Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 (1 lb.) can cut wax beans, drained
  • 1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Using scissors, snip bacon into small pieces into a 2-quart casserole. Microwave at High (10) for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove bacon and drain well.
