Microwave Pineapple Crisp

Instructions
- Stir together rolled oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Place pineapple in a 10 ounce casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the rolled oats mixture over the pineapple.
- Microwave on High for 2 to 4 minutes or until the pineapple is hot.
- Rotate dish 1/4 of a turn every minute.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
- Makes 1 to 2 servings.
