Ingredients

  • 3 lb. beef chuck steak
  • 3 medium onions
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 4 large squash, sliced
  • 3 medium potatoes, quartered
  • 2 pkg. instant beef broth
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. In 4 to 6-quart microwave dish, combine all ingredients.
  2. Cook High 15 minutes and then low, 90 minutes.
  3. Turn meat over 1/2 cooking time.
  4. Slice and serve immediately.
