Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, cornstarch, eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Microwave on normal power for 12 minutes, stirring with a whisk every 3 minutes.
  3. Stir well after cooking and let stand until cool.
  4. Optionally add chocolate, blueberries, pineapple, or other toppings.
