Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 small squash, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Slice squash and onions and place in a casserole dish.
  2. Slice margarine over the top and add salt and pepper.
  3. Cover with wax paper and cook on High until desired doneness, stirring several times during cooking.
