Creamy, cheesy, and flavorful, this microwave taco dip combines chili, green chiles, and melted Monterey Jack, perfect for quick gatherings and snack cravings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz chopped green chiles (mild, peeled with liquid)
  • 15 oz Hormel chili without beans
  • Monterey Jack cheese
  • taco chips (Doritos, Tostitos, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly in a microwave-safe dish with sides.
  2. Pour green chiles with liquid over the cream cheese layer.
  3. Spread Hormel chili evenly over the chiles.
  4. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese on top of the chili layer.
  5. Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
  6. Cover with wax paper before serving.
  7. Serve with taco chips such as Doritos or Tostitos.
