Microwave Tomatoes Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. chopped chives
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika
  • Dash of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut tomatoes in half and place in a 2-quart glass casserole.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients and spoon over the tomatoes.
  3. Cook on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
  4. Check for doneness.
  5. Cook another 4 to 5 minutes, checking often for doneness.
