Ingredients

  • 1 lb. carrots
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. dill

Instructions

  1. Slice peeled carrots 1/4-inch thick; put into 1-quart casserole with water.
  2. Cover; cook on High for 7 minutes.
  3. Let stand 3 minutes; drain.
  4. Add rest of ingredients; mix and serve.
