Ingredients

  • 4 salmon steaks (1/2-inch each)
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 tsp. lime or lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed

Instructions

  1. Place fish steaks in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
  2. Brush fish with the mustard, lime or lemon juice, and dill mixture.
  3. Cover dish with wax paper.
  4. Microwave at High power (10) for 6 to 7 minutes.
