Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
  • 1/2 cup ice water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Beat at low speed to blend.
  3. Beat at high speed until mixture stands in peaks.
  4. Freeze for 3 hours until firm as ice cream.
