Million Dollar Cupcakes

- In a small saucepan, melt semi-sweet chocolate and margarine or butter on low heat.
- Add pecan halves and stir until well coated.
- In a mixing bowl, blend sugar, flour, and eggs on low speed of an electric mixer. Do not beat.
- Stir in the melted chocolate and pecan mixture.
- Stir in vanilla. Do not beat.
- Place paper baking cups in muffin tins and completely fill with batter.
- Bake in a 325°F oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Cool 8 to 10 minutes in muffin tins before removing.
