  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. beer or Port wine
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 2 tsp. wine vinegar
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions
