Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon jello
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can Milnot milk, chilled

Instructions

  1. Mix lemon jello with hot water and let chill until slightly thickened.
  2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip chilled Milnot milk until frothy, then blend in the jello mixture and cream cheese mixture.
  4. Mix all ingredients well and pour into a graham cracker crust.
  5. Chill the pie until set before serving.
