Ingredients

  • 3 lb ground beef
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 2 cans gravy
  • 2 frozen pie crusts
  • 1 pkg mixed vegetables

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Drain excess fat from the beef.
  3. Add chopped onions, mixed vegetables, and gravy to the beef.
  4. Mix well and cook until heated through.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Place the mixture into one pie crust.
  7. Cover with the second pie crust as a lid.
  8. Seal the edges and cut slits on the top for ventilation.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
