Mincemeat Pies

- Mix the chopped meat, suet, apples, currants, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and citron together.
- Add the juice of two oranges and about half a gallon of cider or fruit juice to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
- Prepare pie crusts and fill with the mincemeat mixture.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 60 minutes or until the crust is golden and filling is bubbling.
