Ingredients

  • 2 c. biscuit baking mix
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine biscuit baking mix, shredded cheddar cheese, and minced garlic.
  3. Stir in milk just until moistened using a fork.
  4. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Combine melted butter and garlic powder; brush over the hot biscuits.
