Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) can fruit cocktail
  • 2 envelopes plain gelatin
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges (sections)
  • 2 cups commercial eggnog

Instructions

  1. Drain the fruit cocktail and save the juice.
  2. Soften the gelatin in the fruit juice and then melt it over hot water.
  3. Combine the fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges, flaked coconut, and the prepared gelatin mixture.
  4. Pour into a mold or bowl and chill until set.
