Ingredients

  • 1 (300 g) package frozen chopped spinach, well drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients except turkey until well blended.
  3. Fit turkey slices one slice at a time into 24 miniature muffin pan cups.
  4. Fill each with the spinach mixture, about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake 15 minute or until heated through.
  6. Serve warm.
