Minnerly'S Bread Pudding

Instructions
- Toast bread and spread with all the butter/margarine while hot.
- Arrange toast in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with raisins. Stir salt and all but 4 tablespoons of sugar into the eggs.
- Add milk and stir to mix well.
- Pour over toast and let stand 10 minutes.
- Press toast lightly down into milk occasionally.
- Mix cinnamon and remaining sugar; sprinkle over the top.
- Place pan directly on oven rack in a 350° oven about 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean and top is golden brown.
