Mint Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 3 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chopped onion ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon salt, to taste ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped of fresh mint ⓘ
- 1 garlic clove, minced ⓘ
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano ⓘ
- 8 ounces plain yogurt, can use vanilla yogurt ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream ⓘ
Instructions
- Place cucumbers and onion in a mixing bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; mix well. Pour over cucumber/onion salad. Toss to coat well.
- Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
