- Put chopped mint in a pitcher with sugar.
- Pour boiling water over and leave to cool.
- Add freshly squeezed orange and lemon juices.
- Chill the mixture for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
- Strain to remove mint leaves.
- Add ginger ale or soda water and ice cubes.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with mint sprigs before serving.
