Ingredients

  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 oz. chocolate coated mint cream patties
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips, broken mint cream patties, evaporated milk, and corn syrup.
  2. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until all ingredients are melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted.
  4. Serve warm over ice cream.
